Monroe is the guy we need. Big, tall, dominant center that the team can pivot and depend on.

Don't get me wrong, i love Jordan Hill. But not too many guys i've ever seen at 6'10" be a super inside presence...

Marc Gasol would be good too. He started out a Laker and then was part of the trade that brought his brother to the Lakers to win a couple of titles.
