Davis has another block and 12 points to go along with those blocks.

Lin almost gave that game to a Nuggies tie but the ball ended up in Randle's hand for the dunk and a 4-point lead with 8 seconds to go.

Wow, Q. Miller hits a three-quarter court three and we take the first preseason game. It has been a long time since we started the preseason winning a game. I like what I saw overall and B. Scott has this team on a way better track than the last two coaches. Thursday night for the W's.

A lot of things to like from this game. A lot of improvements to be made too but these guys have only been practising together for a week.

Good to see Kobe and Nash looking fit and back to form.

Nice effort from the rookies too. Randle could have a field day against weaker big men.

Plus the defence is already better than it way all of last year. Guys are actually contesting shots.

Look forward to Thursdays game.

Oh, and let's hope Wesley Johnson is ok. We don't want to be dealing with that shit again.

Kobe looks good and healthy. I like that he's setting up a lot in the post as well as playmaking. If he stays healthy, good things will happen.

Randle and Clarkson are players in this league. Clarkson has a nice swagger and confidence to his game already. Clarkson has some great handles. He'll be a difficult cover if he can get that floater down.

Davis should earn the b/u role behind Hill. I like the look of his game. Long and athletic. Worked some nice pick and rolls with Lin. Given the lack of true centers in the league, I think the combo of Hill and Davis will be solid.

10 assists and 1 turnover for Lin. His shot will start falling. I like what I saw from him.

Better yet start Davis at Center and hill at PF and rotate in Boozer and Kelly when the latter gets back from his health issues (hamstring).

I don't mind the starting lineup to be honest. Give boozer the starting job but give more playing time to Randle and Davis. I'd also like to see less of Sacre though. Got a few good shots in but doesn't compare to the other big guys though.

:agree: Sacre looked a little out of sink. I know his the only 7 footer we have, but we might need to get another 7 footer later on in the season. Just to make sure we have enough against big teams IMO.

I think the aggressiveness of Davis, Randle and Hill make up for size. But I agree, we need a decent 7 footer to keep us competing.

Sacre is only getting run because of preseason. I wouldn't put too much stock into any amount of play time or line ups. They're just trying things out. That's what preseason is for.
