I have no idea of the validity of the story. It claims he didn't go to Kyle nor Mike. But at the end of the day, these are the coaches. They are held responsible for the game plan. If RG3 couldn't execute the game plan, then sit down and shut up. Let Cousins do it. He would run the play without question.

Sorry Dad, but I disagree with you. There is no valid reason that RG3 goes to the owner over PLAY CALLING. Danny should have sent him packing. As I said earlier, what's next? WRs complaining about routes?

or perhaps kyle should have respected the input and limited the plays ? that door swings both ways

and in no way shape or form is KC running read option plays with any consistent results

and i am sorry but my life experience says that if i am am secure in what i am doing i dont have an issue with anyone going over my head

and of course there is a valid reason to do that . his health and welfare would be one

What is Kyle supposed to do DAD? Should he limit the plays and cost the team their best opportunity to win? Or maybe they should have sat RG3 out until he felt comfortable enough to run those plays?

Imagine that "shit storm" because it was RG3 that said he was ready to play week one. KC is a better pocket passer than RG3 at this point. If you refuse to run the plays that set you apart from other players, explain why you should play.

You never answered my question, Dad. What happens if a WR isn't comfortable how he is being used, can he go to Snyder? Where does it stop?

I can't believe you find this behavior acceptable or can't see how this could crumble an organization and undermine a coaching staff. SO if that WR is rebuffed by Snyder, what do you think that player, and others, think? Is RG3 getting preferential treatment?

If RG3 is uncomfortable running a play (of which we gain significant positive yards on and sets up other things we want to do in the offense), then he needs to sit down.

Okay, other than a couple of super fans and some sources that will never be named, can somebody please provide any factual evidence or proof that this actually happened? I'm astounded that folks have bought so hard into all this hype coming out of the media. Simply astounded. I guess I shouldn't be, but I am.

There isn't any, and probably never will be. Most of this debate is theoretical. But I got to say, its not far fetched. This has been Danny's MO before. This is the 4th time we have seen this, if true.

There are no innocent parties in this whole thing. If I give anyone some room to wiggle, it would be RG3 only because he is a 23 year old kid and proper limits were not set. I could see how he could get swept up in this thing. I'm not absolving him, just making a statement that I can see how the situation could cause him to act like they allege he did. For the rest of them (Dan, Mike, Kyle) there is no excuse. They all need to go, but we know Dan isn't. My biggest concern is who we get in here for our next coach. Who, in their right mind, would want to step into this pile of crap? Only someone that is desperate or unproven and looking for a chance. Neither is a vote of confidence that we won't be doing this again in 2-3 years.

I love playing the blame game. Here's my blame:

60% Dan Snyder. He made the deal with Shanahan to stay the hell out of the way. He's the one that betrayed that trust. He's the one that undermined the team.

25% RG3. He's a player and people will give young guys breaks. I do give him some break; however, I'm not as nice as many...I believe in personal responsibility.

15% Mike. He's a my way or the highway kind of coach and I like that. It can't be surprising that a guy like Lavaar, who was a MEMEMEMEMEME type player, would blame the coach exclusively. RG3 is overestimating his ability by thinking he shouldn't run the R/O. He has to understand what sets him apart is his legs.

Good - I hope that you enjoy Shanahan at next stop (if he gets a job anytime soon). Personally - don't care. Once he cuts his ties with the Skins I will do my best to forget about the guy - save for the few moments of joy he brought last season for the most part. My focus will then be on whoever remains with this organization. Funny how your only complaint about Shanahan was really a compliment - lol.

If Mike allowed himself to get pressured into the Mcnabb trade, allowed himself to get pressured into taking RG3, and/or allowed himself to get pressured into playing RG3 the first game when he didn't think he was ready, then he is not a my way or the highway coach. He's all talk. If he were, he would have had some backbone and said no fucking way. Fire me if you don't like the moves I make, but I will not do things that I think work against the success of the team.

I don't buy for a second Mike got pressured into McNabb or RG3. I'd believe he pushed for both. Both are mobile QBs that Mike likes.

When you're dealing with a franchise player like a QB there has to be mutual consent. Everyone had to sign off on the decision when it came to trading, drafting, or benching.
