Kudos to the Sabres

I know most people have talked about Calgary and New Jersey but like it or not credit should be given to the Sabres that back in December were marked for dead.

I am very proud of the way this team has fought back and put themselves in a good playoffs spot.

I am not saying they will win the Cup because they will not. What I do like is grit, balanced goal scoring from all lines. The have a very young defense and are prone to mistakes but if your goal tending steps up you never know.

Not be a homer but don't take this team lightly.

No one mentions them.

If the Sabres didn't piss away the game against the Preds, they would be on a 5 game winning streak right now.

I have to say for a team that has only won 3 games in a row twice all year, they are hanging in there, and just refuse to go away.

I really hope we get the Bruins in the 1st round and sweep them.

I think the Sabres have a better chance at seeing Roy return first.
