From a pure grade standpoint, he may be the BPA. Once you factor in his injury history and concern over his ongoing knee issues, he has to drop.

It depends on who you talk to. Some teams failed him physically due to his knees. Andrews apparently did pass him. But there still are questions.

The safer pick is Moses but Kojo has the bigger upside. If his injury history wasn't an issue he would of been a top 15 pick. If the Skins feel fine about his knees then we should select him. If not Moses should be the pick.
