What are the Lakers doing?

They need to take some lessons from the Sixers on how to tank a season.

If they keep winning some of these meaningless games, they may play themselves a few too many ping pong balls and end up out of the top 10- and for what?

They are in the 5-7 range right now. It doesn't take much for those few ping pong balls to not show up till later. Silver is Stern's boy so I can see it happening.

Phil is not in the best of situations in New York as his salary as been leaked and has pissed off a lot of GM's who are getting 1/6th to 1/7th Phil's salary of $12 mill a year. He has to do business with a lot of GM's who are now really ticked the Knicks are paying Phil that much. I think his job just got a lot harder.

The Knicks are imploding because their egos have got the best of them. Sad to watch. At least the Lakers are still plugging away and their is such good team chemistry compared to the Knicks that we are shooting in the 50% range and our bench is shooting 68%!!
