It is caused by an inner ear problem with the vitreous fluid that fills the Cochlea portion gets out of whack. Pau will be out for awhile and since there are only 13 games left, we may not see him again this season. Kaman may finally get to play.

Yes I know the feeling I had this problem a while back for like about 4 months, I couldn't even walk straight because my balance was way off like if I was drunk & my head was spinning 24/7. One of the nasties symptoms I ever had. Ugghh!! the horror.
