He isn't special. He is a proven, legit, league average NBA head coach. You blaming him for anything is proposterous.

Ahhh bull shoot! He is an NBA coach who gets paid well. His job is to put the best out there to win regardless of talent. He ain’t a freakin baby sitter! I have had coaches that figured out ways to manipulate his players to play in control and to the best of their abilities . These are professional athletes , all, have a talent! Coach has to bring it out.
