It is not bullshit.

That is exactly why the Knicks continually fail to land a superstar.

Add a legit superstar to the roster today?

Sure. Contender.

But they have nowhere near enough cap space to do that.

Because they are poorly managed.

Obviously you don’t understand how the NBA works. Way harder to build a contender than any other sport.
Holy shit!!!!

Who, what put them in a position to bring shit here? No superstar will sign here so what choice do they have?

You won’t win the lottery when you win 35 games

You really are slow.
What the fuck are you talking about???

If I’m wrong forgive me, but don’t they put 5 of the worst record teams into a bucket and silver sticks his hand and pulls out who gets first choice?

Worst teams have the best odds.

Knicks have had 4 seasons with less than .300 win percentage since 2000. And they have only made the playoffs 6 times in that stretch and only 1 season with over 42 wins.

So they don’t bottom out long enough to get a legit shot to draft a future superstar.

So yes, you are wrong. Or at least very much oversimplifying.

The Knicks live just outside the playoffs with among the worst lotto odds. That is the worst possible position for an NBA franchise to be in.

And they are there almost every single year.

Sell your kool aide to someone else.

It ain’t all on Dolan.

The players have to much control .

When it is sustained over 20 years?

It is on ownership.

Players come and go.

A home knick game is the cheapest entertainment in Manhattan. You either get a ticket for free , corporate seat, or you sit up in the raptors for 20 bucks.. at 15 bucks a beer 12 cotton candy 8 dollar dog .

Every seat is filled no matter what the teams record is.

Isn’t that what the owner truly cares about?

Business 101

Now , is Dolan satisfied with that ? No

He had brought in big names like isiah Thomas to try and turn things around , howd that work out? Set back Knicks what 10 years?

Dolan doesn’t have to give a shit. Is he An azz wipe? Yes

Players have to much too say, too much control , that’s on players association, not owners.

Just keep digging and burying yourself further…

The cavs have 1 ring in their 52 year history. And that’s cause they had lebron. Haven’t won a thing since .

Lebron a superstar! Knicks have not had a superstar here since Ewing . And I did not consider him one , but he was .

Again the pampered puzzee superstars of today in the NBA will come no where near the Mecca cause they will not play in a city where the media will tear them apart for NOT doin their part CLEARLY , FOR NO MONEY IN THE WORLD CAUSE THEY BEEN OFFERED.

You’re NUTZ

Do you know something that we New Yorkers don’t about Dolan as to why no superstar will sign here?

The Knicks haven't won it all since the early 70's

And I mentioned Cavs for only one reason. It was an example of how a small market team turned things around before the Knicks.

There's something wrong with you.

For the 40th time, no superstar will sign here, as t lance said it’s a superstar driven league and its the players who are calling the shots.

superstars, for what ever there reason are are bunching up and playing where they want to play and who with. funny how they all seem to pick warm weather states, except for Durant and keyrie, and who knows if keyrie even knows what planet he’s on…

Anyway, no superstar, no Winnie!

Who the F cares about a Cleveland type team, you ain’t beatin a healthy Curry team anyway . NBA is becoming a laughing stock

They can’t get a superstar because of the way the team is run.

It definitely isn’t because superstars are actively avoiding the biggest market in the league.

They don’t give a rats azz about Dolan, they care about MONEY . If you don’t produce in NY, you will be booed out the arena, the media will be relentless. Hence why they won’t sign here. Yo momma!!!

You're an idiot. He's the reason no stars will play for the Knicks right now. It's amazing how clueless you are.

I have explained it clearly. Nothing to do with on the court. Organizational dysfunction and a terrible blue print. Not my fault you can’t comprehend it.

Not going to keep rehashing.

You guys are absolutely playing me cause no one can be this ignorant to think there are different blueprints of how you get to the promised land….

Dolan doesn’t run his organization any different from any other org.

superstars don’t come here cause they don’t want to jeopardize their future playing infront of fans/media that will hold them 100% accountable.

*Not one superstar said they would not play for Dolan, NOT ONE.

Your argument about fans and media rings completely hollow. The fans and media are just as harsh in Boston and Pilla and look at what they have done to rebuild in the time the Knicks have sucked.
Maybe the Knicks should hire Hinkie, I think he’s available.
