The day James Dolan sells the team, or at least when he gives up majority ownership, will be the day the Knicks finally turn the corner to really begin improving as a legit franchise and becoming the proud team again like they once were.

An average fan picked out of the stands could take this talented and well constructed Knicks roster to a high seed in the East and a deep playoff run.
