Yes , the league is partly responsible. if Dolan was as bad an owner as you say he is then they should put pressure for him to sell.

After all , the “greatest arena” in all sports should house a winner , more than 2 times in a century , right?

Total bullshit. Not counting this season the league isn't the reason the Knicks have only had one playoff trip the last nine years. And I will remind you again that this century the Knicks only have a total of six playoff trips.
