Gotta see the numbers, but KC signing a four year contract with the falcons proves there’s a sucker born every minute.

How can you say that?

They are getting a top 5 QB all time and you are upset about it?

Mahomes apparently told Cousins he was better than him.

Brady retired because he was scared of Cousins. Get with the program Chiller.

Well, I just want everyone to know that I called KC going to the Falcons back in 1946.

Adam Peters called me to see what my thoughts were on the move.

THAT is how aligned with him I am.

Kirk Cousins has now made more than $300 million playing decently well in the NFL. A lot more than a lot of far better players, because of how he played free agency and his situations. Legend.

He is already tied for 7th highest paid QB with Pat Mahomes. Of course he is no Mahomes but IMO he is better than Watson, Hurts and Murray. About equal with Herbert. This is just for 2024.

Should he play all 4 years he will will go well over 50,000 yards and 350 TDs.

$100 million guaranteed and $50 million signing bonus.

Watson received a contract for 5 year contract for $230 million. Cousins got his $300+ million over 16 years.

I think he has 4 good years left. No doubt his injury last year was serious, but other than that freak incident he's been a fuckin rock on the injury front. 4 year deal with a total value of 185 million and 100 mill guaranteed.

Has any player in the NFL pimped the salary cap era like Cousins has? I can't think of any.

As much as I like KC, he could do so much for his legacy by playing on the cheap like Brady did for years.

Kirk has made a killing while winning one playoff game in his whole career. I do like it a lot for Atlanta.

Do have to question at this point what is most important to Kirk. Winning or his money.

His wife is from Atlanta, but to always take the most money possible is eyebrow raising, especially with all the money he's already made and where he's at in his career.

Big upgrade for the Falcons though.

I don’t blame a guy for taking the money . Teams and fans have no loyalty and why shouldn’t he set up his family for generations. He isn’t the 1st guy to do it . And Matt Stafford has a career losing record which tells me wins arent a valid qb stat because once he got on a team that had talent he wins a Super Bowl .

Not blaming him. Good for him. Just curious if SB is his #1 priority he might want to give his teams some flexibility. You kinda killed Jayden Daniels for not having big wins a few months ago. You also killed Watson for not being able to carry his team and win games.

I guess you've done a 180 on the merit of wins and losses. All good.

The first hundred million did not set up his family?

But when you think about your legacy, you can set up for more than money.

It was Williams and that was for the wins crowd . I have a long history of mentioning the fact that Sonny had a career losing record and is in the HOF . I have stated numerous times that wins arent solely on the qb but I will use it against people who swear by wins but when their guy doesn’t win big games shrug it off

It just feels like your metric for a quality QB changes based on whether you have an affinity for said QB.
