Probably a Top 12 guy as long as he's starting. He looked good in the preseason and everyone wrote it off as preseason, but he's looked just as poised thru his 2 starts.

He's more the real deal then he is fools gold. . But I wouldn't be nearly as excited as some are. Yes I think he's a better QB, in this system, than RGIII is, but be real for a minute first: one game in relief looked very good. . could've been nothing more than a defense who was prepped for the wrong style QB and let's not forget it was Jacksonville. Next game as the starter, looked amazing, but again, let's not forget it was Philly. 2 of the 3 worst pass defenses in the league to date.

So yes. . He's the real deal, but pump the brakes just a little bit

He's looked good but I really doubt they pull the plug on RG3 no matter how good he looks. I cashed in and moved him in my 1 QB league for Alshon yesterday. I already have Nick Foles and Alex Smith so might as well get another elite WR for a guy warming my bench.

Nice. I'm curious, who was the other guy's QB before he dealt for Cousins?

He was the RG3 owner so he's on IR. He was rolling with Drew Stanton and Derek Carr at QB. He decided to cut Carr when getting Cousins for some reason. We can roster 3 QB's so odd he would do that.

Had a guy in the same type of setup just different league. As the commish runs 4 leagues the same setup. Offer me Welker for Bridgewater. But he has P Manning so I knew I wasn't getting anything good so I just turned it down without a counter. Rather see how Bridgwater turns out than having concussion boy.

yes they showcased him, they sat rg3, and played cousins in an attempt to make him look good and garner a trade....he did diddly.

They werent in those games to win, they were in it to put up points.....and make kirk cousins look good, and they couldnt, the game plan was totally for that........

now hes the hot flavor.....he could be great, hes young, but im tapping the breaks hard.......

Reality is in between. Nobody is THAT bad.

I know it is just 4 games, but I really have to question the head coach if his system marginalizes a talent like RG3 and pumps up an average QB like Cousins. Like many have said, I believe that Cousins is the better fit in Gruden's offense, but that fact just speaks to Gruden's incompetence.

Great coaches tailor their offense to the strength of their players. Bad coaches blindly plug square pegs into round holes. That is what Gruden has done so far, IMO.

The Redskins have 5 playmakers on offense- RG3, Morris, DJax, Garcon and Reed. Perhaps the 2 best and most important are being held back by the system.

I'm not going to cast judgement. I think he has played well 2 out of 3 times this season. Still a small sample size. Also remember the Redskins are not a good team, especially their offensive line. Not a good situation no matter who the Redskins' QB would be.

Well, one very good game, one very bad one. He and his receivers were definitely not on the same page. His fault or the play calling or whatever, they got their asses handed to them - and looked bad doing it.
