Sounds like a UTILITY assignment in which I am against.

If it is I wonder if that means more surgery.I'm still very suspect that his neck had become an issue again.
To me when he is playing at DH and Roogie is at 2B then they have him and Odor in the wrong spots. There is nothing wrong with Roogie defensively, but he is not as good defensively as Jurickson.Sounds like a UTILITY assignment in which I am against.
Whoa. That is a thought that may stir the potTo me when he is playing at DH and Roogie is at 2B then they have him and Odor in the wrong spots. There is nothing wrong with Roogie defensively, but he is not as good defensively as Jurickson.

Absolutely a true statement. And when you consider that has been Odor's position all along that says something about Profar's talent. To me when he is playing at DH and Roogie is at 2B then they have him and Odor in the wrong spots. We will see. Maybe someone has taken away Banister's play toy.Holy Shit! Banny actually yanked Prince from the lineup in favor of Profar tonight.
That's the right move but probably back to buisness as usual Sunday.
Looks, like a decline in bat speed for Prince
I believe several of us have commented that we felt a decline in bat speed was likely the partial culprit.

I know and don't like that much. Profar is really blocked unless Elvis is traded and that is not likely to happen soon so AAA is best for Profar as I see it at this time. Damn I like him leading off.
Plus it is hard to drop the ball in with all but 2 players playing from the middle to the right side of the field and you keep hitting it right to them. Those stats sure don't seem to tell any other story.
But I swear, I've been trying to watch his bat and it looked like he wasn't as slow as he was just making poor decisions, or getting on top of the ball.
But like the numbers show, this is not true apparently.
The only way I see things working with Profar is if he is getting in the lineup at minimum 4 days per week. Basically that involves rotating Elvis, Odor, and Beltre into the DH spot/day off with Profar getting at bats at DH too, though I'd prefer he spend most of his time in the field.
He can play 3rd as well. If we had the guts to sit Prince for an extended period of time there would be plenty of at bats and rest from playing the field for Odor, Andrus and Beltre. With a long stretch coming up with few days off, perhaps having Profar up for a few weeks is a good move. However the points previous are valid. He plays 2B and SS. Only so much piece moving there to give breaks.
That's be great, keep people fresh too but I won't beleive it till I see it.
