I think the key is "clown car". Kam may not be "normal" compared to the overall population but as comedians go, he seems way more grounded than most. They aren’t GT winners. They are regulars.
But re-reading the exchange, you included Drew in your comment (technically a regular), but I focused on Heath, so yes, they would qualify.
But if Kam is the “normal” one in your clown car, you have real problems.
I think tonight’s episode was recorded after the election. Apparently Tony was REALLY nervous about the election and had heard that he was going to be blamed by the right media for the loss (if Trump had lost). I expect Shane to AT LEAST make an appearance, if not be a full guest.
He caters to a pretty large right-wing audience. If Trump lost, he naturally would have received some blame. Rogan said that Tony was shitting bricks before the election because the heat he was getting. His nervousness in last week’s released episode was not fully a joke. He really was feeling the heat.Who was going to blame him?? Or is that just his ego speaking again. His speech/bad jokes did nothing to anything.

Insufferable douche…. Checkdo you think he really would have been blamed or do you think it is just his ego?? i think we would all agree that he is an insufferable douche..
Insufferable douche…. Check
Would have had all hell brought down on him if Trump actually lost…. Check
Both statements can be true.
Apparently there were some right pundits who already had the narrative ready to go. Accurate! We will never know. But apparently SOME were going to try to paint Tony as the scapegoat.I’m actually trying to get your opinion here. Do you think he would have been blamed if trump lost?? Sure he would have been made fun of mercifully. But that would have been by the comedians who lean left.
I just think his ego is so big that he thinks people would have thought he affected anything.

Apparently, that was what he was fearing.Would love to see that narrative. lol. “Comedian takes down his homeboy”
Apparently, that was what he was fearing.
As it is, he is a footnote in history over this whole thing. If Trump lost, he would have actually been mentioned in history books.
I don’t think anyone wants to go down in a history book as the reason “your candidate” lost an election.Would he though?? And if he would, surprised he would be so against it, that ego of his and all. Let it balloon to trump level.

We’re alive at the time of the election? For the life of me, I can not understand the idea that he would have been the reason for the loss. Sure it’s nice that we won’t find out now. But I can’t imagine much traction for this if it happened. More likely some idiot would have blamed Tony and then the world would have laughed it off. It would not have made the history books. If he lost it would have been on trump. And trump alone. For being so hated that even a pathetic candidate in Kamala could win.

It was pretty big news when Tony did his thing. Now put YOURSELF in the eye if that hurricane and tell me you would react completely logically. He was picturing himself getting memed right next to Howard Dean’s screech.
