Not a Hayden fan. Thought Frey did an outstanding job as the 3rd CB.
I know this is off-topic, but I didn't think it deserved a new thread.
On the Cowboys' board, they are talking about Melton's agent. Apparently he is stating that Melton would like to explore the possibility of signing with them.
This was a good signing. Another know quantity for the vet minimum. I hope his physical condition is OK but I'd have to think the Bears know it pretty well.
So far this offseason has been unremarkable, but OK. The big stories are soon to come though. This is the second most exciting part of the offseason for me. Forget training camp. The draft and the start of free agency interest me a lot more.
Me neither. He was the guy beat like a rug in the nickel more times than not in 2012. Now he is coming off the injury from last year. Lots of no big deal signings this week.

The starting cornerbacks for the Bears in 2012 were Tim Jennings and Charles Tillman.....the starting nickel back was DJ Moore.

Frey may have potential, but he didn't do shit last year, let alone play outstanding. Not one impact play in 16 games. That is far from outstanding.
