Seems more of a RZ thing. This wasn't a multi-year rental like Cam Erving was a year ago. Harris is out of practice with an illness (???) so that may be the reason.

The Kansas City Star's Sam Mellinger reports Sammy Watkins (foot) experienced a setback and will be sidelined 4-6 weeks.

Watkins has a long injury history in regards to his foot, and he simply can't seem to get it right after first popping up on the injury report with it about a month ago. Watkins is almost certainly done for the regular season. The Chiefs look like a good bet to get a first-round bye in the playoffs, so we may not see him again until the Divisional Round. Kelvin Benjamin was signed Thursday.
