Out of 1696 players, yes, you can find some that went undrafted and made rosters, it doesn't mean he will ever play a down in the NFL. I believe the Lions were taking him to give him a shot at 3rd string. I'll be interested to see what he does in preseason games

the difference between brees and moore is brees is a little quicker on his feet. Brees draft analysis read almost identical to Moore. both same height and arm length. Brees is a little heavier, but thats about it

There's a reason there are no QB's on that list. Their skillets are so refined and sought after, they rarely squeeze through the cracks unnoticed. And even those that do, they always get snatched late in the draft by a team as a long shot.

future NFL stars have gone undrafted..Kellen Moore is in a completely different situation than those guys...

he was a marquee player, at an elite program, playing the marquee position...

every single scout gave this kid their undivided attention. they were most likely giving him the benefit of the doubt because of his collegiate success...

the kid can't play at the NFL level

Drew Brees was the 32nd overall pick. Obviously his skills were rated as top notch. Not so for Kellen Moore.

...only 2 QB'S to pick from. Jordan Palmer or Keller Moore

If there were a team named the Dayton Propellers, I couldn't think of a better qb to lead them than Jordan Palmer.

Kellen Moore will have his chance. That's all he wanted. If he can't make in in the NFL, he will be one hell of a QB coach

I mean no disrespect to Moore. I just think it's funny that people get so carried away with these prospects. A player like Drew Brees is one the best of his generation..... It makes me laugh when people compare 'any' college player to him, let alone a guy that has been judged to have substandard NFL talent.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying he makes it but given past history I can't say he won't .Only time will tell
