Remember the bricks Johnson used to put up when he was on the Lakers.

Did anyone leave him on the ground to drown in a puddle of his own tears?

If not, hold my beer...

I have got to say...that is the best free agency story of all time. All the way from the commitment, to the emojis started by Chandler Parsons(lol), to the hostage situation.
Oh and let me not forget Chris Broussard tweeting that Mark Cuban was driving around town "furious". Entertaining stuff

Just spitballing for fun...

Guess I just got to accept the fact that people are going to get salty just for simply disagreeing with them.

I'll be the first one telling trojan I was wrong if the Lakers sign LeBron. I didn't think we had a chance at him. I have no problem being wrong.

I never wanted him. Think of how I feel...

I fricking love the vintage stangs

Understood, but why a 73? I like the 71-73 sportroof cars (Mach1), but would otherwise prefer something earlier.

I had a '67 coupe as my three season driver (no NY winters lol) for almost 20 years until I solid it about 5 years back or so. Hated to get rid of it, but 200K+ means a new engine soon (already rebuilt and bored over once), plus rust starting in the rear quarters, etc. Sold it for more than I originally paid for it and let someone else realize it was going to be a money pit soon (it was back up for sale within a year or two).

Nobody is salty.

What exactly is the disagreement?

You (and a couple others) made a silly comment about fit and position. I pointed out why it was silly, now we are moving on.

A team full of 6-8 guys who can all shoot, dribble and defend is the model of what you want to play a positionless system, which is what the Warriors do and what the Lakers are trying to emulate.

Damn @Heatles84 you were right.

I figured he wouldn't have gone to the March gang bang if Parker's comments were it.

But good call.

Just put yourself in the shoes of Kawhi. Other Spurs players would just casually bring him up; Parker was the real **** about it. And Kawhi's going to make sure Parker's the scape goat for him leaving.

Yeah.

That is why I couldn't believe so many on here thought Kawhi and the Spurs would work it out. Kawhi isn't the type to accept the biggest paycheck in a spot where he isn't happy.

And the Spurs aren't used to this kind of drama.

This is how the end of a dynasty happens.
