I have Davis in the next tier with Embiid, and Lillard....and after seeing Lillard and Embiid take their teams to ECF's, I gotta take both right now over Davis after watching him whine his way to the bench last season.

I'd swap out AD for Harden. The rest I'm good with.

I like the Danny Green pick up. But this is why Kawhi fucked the Lakers over - they re-signed KCP and McGee who are okay players. But to think, as had been mentioned earlier, that the Lakers had a ton of cash to round out their roster - was basically used for a good 2-way player that can hit the 3, and KCP and McGee.

I don’t know how Klay gets downgraded for his injury on wiggy’s lists while KD doesn’t. KD’s injury far more likely to have lingering affects on his play and Klay will play next season. KD probably not.

Davis, Curry, Giannis, LeBron are all tough to figure.

Any of those guys have a really good shot to be clear cut #2 on this list next year. But if I am starting a team, Giannis and Kawhi only 2 I take over Davis today.

I think he really really wanted to go to LA but REALLY REALLY did not want to play with Lebron, and he trusted Ballmer and West.

The Clips have the better supporting cast that is for sure. Kawhi and Paul are both in their primes and are both amazing 2 way players.

I think it's a combo of not wanting to play with Lebron and not trusting the Lakers FO.

He's trying to play catch up with Lebron and be compared to the all-time greats. Hard to do that when you're helping Lebron win titles at the twilight of his career. And as often as it is with Lebron, if the Lakers aren't winning (or really any team that Lebron's on), it's the supporting cast that gets the blame.

You're 100% on the FO. I'm not trying to jab at Lakers fans, but the fact that Kurt Rambis and Pelinka are calling the shots; two guys with no track record of success in the NBA. I would've been hesitant in making that move as well. Plus, you have Jerry West on the other side of the hall where he formed the Lakers 2000's dynasty as well as the monster that GS put together.

Yeah, with the others it would've been tough to figure out. I take AD over Lebron simply because Lebron's 35 later this year and is clearly on the twilight of his career. I didn't include KD because he's likely not playing.
