I hope he never plays again in the NFL, or anywhere else ... When guys get into physical confrontations with each other, I can understand that can be part of life ... But when a man lays his hand on a woman - forget it, there is no excuse .. ******* coward

The girl was dazed from hitting her head - probably tipsy - and he still goes and kicks her over ...

I am glad KC released him but I am rooting for him to rebound and get a second chance and make a difference because of it. I hope he spins it into something positive. I root for people in life even when they screw up. Instead of throwing them under the bus. He can go one of two ways. Never change like Larry Johnson or change and help others in a positive way from his story like Vance Johnson is doing today.

Hunt beat up someone else his summer. Dude needs to go to rehab but just like Foster he can play football so some team will ignore all his past regressions just like KC did for 9 months

I disagree but that is just me. Not saying it is ok by sny means that isn’t up for debate. I think it is awful. Tyreek Hill beat his preganant gf in college and got a second chance. Instead of just throwing these people to the side over this stupid foolish incident lets get him help to become a better person. It should be a long time before he plays again but if he gets himself right and rebounds I’d rather root for him to pay his consequences learn from it and become a better person then toss him to the side giving up on him in society where he repeats his behavior. Everyone loses in that case.

I am in complete agreement as far as people taking terrible situation and using that to make changes in their lives - to take something negative and instead of carrying it around like an albatross, you use it as a turning point ..

But it turns my stomach to see a man physically harm a woman .. That, to me, is inherently cowardly and points to a much bigger issue than just one mistake ..

Hunt had numerous opportunities in that video to simply walk away, or be a man and try to diffuse the situation .. But he escalated it .. and then, while the girl is on the ground, he kicks her over ..

He's got a long way to go as far as being a human being - a man - before he can start thinking about the privilege of making millions of dollars playing a kid's game

There are no absolute solutions - for physical assault on a woman. I was brought up strictly to never hit a girl/woman - and haven't. I did get so mad at the woman that I was married to that I punched out a random bathroom door - well away from where she was or could see. She told me later - she felt "threatened" by the punched out door. I was proud of myself for showing so much control - not to break something in front of her - and she still had a valid point - even though I had had no intention of threatening her.

If every woman was accorded the physical respect any man would show to Dwayne "the rock" Johnson - there would be no problem.
