I must have missed something, but he didn't use it.The clown with the chair would never play for me again but I would not agre to banning him from any college team. Maybe some place that is acceptable
Okay, I can't believe I'm writing a response to all the stupid and inane posts on this thread, but here goes.
First, I agree that stealing the ball if you can with 6 seconds left in a basketball game is a sign of hustle. I also have no problem with a guy hustling back and blocking his shot with emphasis and letting him know by taunting him and standing over him in an aggressive manner, that's basketball, a clear technical foul, but that's all it really was, a technical foul. What I have a problem with is the entire Kansas St bench emptying on to the floor to confront the player. Where were the refs? Where were the assistant coaches? Who are supposed to be the adults here? Where was security?
Thank goodness nobody was hurt. In all of the melee, the young lady that stuck her nose into the fray was the only person in the whole thing that had any courage. Also, the cheerleader that was holding everybody back; I don't think anyone wanted to mess with him. They are basketball players, they fight like girls. None of the players seemed to have any real want to fight except the guy from K-State in street clothes.
The Kansas basketball program is in complete disarray and no one seems to notice because they are Kansas. They are consistently overrated, they clearly violate the rules without any consequence, have consistently recruited players that have demonstrated low moral character and never face any consequences.
I can go on and on....
You are assuming he goes to "school"?The dumbass who taunted after the block deserves to be kicked out of school.
Exactly! I think basketball players fighting in general is laughable. However, keep it between the lines. Very lucky some fans didn't get hurtIDK, I keep seeing that kid in a wheelchair pinned against the wall with nowhere to go
Why do I fear you are using "thugs" in the Richard Sherman sense?Again, nothing but stupid and inane replies. Where were the refs? The assistant coaches? Security? Blame the 18-22 year olds! Nothing but a bunch of thugs! Rely on a 5' 2" lady and a male cheerleader to break up the fight.
I think he was ready to use it until he felt it was grabbed from behind him.I must have missed something, but he didn't use it.
Merely cocking it back like he did and not in a defensive looking posture ain't gonna go well for him, however.

I suspect that the logic is that you only punish the most egregious actions, and use it as an example. Theres nothing to stop the teams further suspending or kicking players off the team either.Did I see this correctly...only four players got suspensions? I'm pretty sure I saw more than four players involved.
I was under the impression that both teams would be down to only a few players for the Big 12-SEC games this week.
You know some Tennessee fan is gonna use that on College Game day on Saturday
