That's the thing. The women said he left the room. Yet, you got some jumping the gun that he came back for a gang bang. How do you know that to be true. It's possible he's comes out as nothing more then a witness to what the other two may have done.

And as said, even if that's true, would that situation be "all good" for him? He'll just have to testify against a teammate and two of his best friends, while this story is in the national media for weeks/months. I don't see how that could possibly have a negative impact on an NFL QB.

This comment,

"There's no evidence of a crime or a sexual assault," Miami Police spokesman Rene Pimental said. "This report is simply an incident report taken at the woman's request. ... there are no specific allegations of wrongdoing,"

We all hope he stayed out. We all hope nothing happened. If something did, we hope it wasn't him. If he saw it, we hope he stopped it. There's criminal. Then, there's civil. Then, there's just hoping our QB didn't do anything wrong beyond criminal and civil.

No one jumped the gun saying he came back. Just saying that he left, even by her own admission, means nothing when she doesn't know what happened later. He could have stayed out. He could have went back. Nothing she said eliminated either possibility or made one more likely. It only means he didn't stay while she went from conscious to unconscious.

There is so much speculation going on. He is being called a rapist, gang banger, thug. All kinds of things.

Funny he was labeled the best QB in the NFL and future greatest of all time just a year ago. I'm not a Kap fan and I've been clear of that but the labels this guy has been getting are just unreal:

Greatest QB-no
Best QB - no
Thug- no
Rapist-Its a fucked up label and he is innocent until proven guilty. No

Here is the deal with the r*pe label . From experience I was at a bar and was talking to this girl and refused to buy her a drink. (I just don't buy chicks drinks who demand for them) A little later she went and told the bouncer I put something in her drink. At that point and time I was viewed as guilty on the sport. Nothing came of it but I realized how vulnerable a guy is when accusations like that are brought up. No proof is needed and some chick can just say she didn't want it after the fact and you are fucked. I feel bad for any guy in that spot, it should be innocent until proven guilty but this just isn't the case in these circumstances.

The only way this goes to trial is if there's forensic evidence against Kap. Otherwise if it's a case of this girl "suddenly" remembering she was raped without any actual proof, any lawyer worth a damn will have this case dismissed.

There was more "evidence" against Jameis Winston and we saw how that played out.

"There are no charges, definitely not. There is an investigation," Pimentel told USA TODAY Sports.

Pimentel said he did not know if a r*pe examination had been conducted on the woman.

I don't think Kap is out of the woods yet.

Yes, of course there would need to be some sort of forensic evidence. As of right now, not even a prosecutor in FL would charge anything based off this.

Kaps big fans have got to be getting tired of defending Kaepernick. I gave up defending him a few months back.

In about a year, hes:
1)Had this most recent situation, sexual allegations with weed
2) Last year the whole miami dolphins hat
3) being naked for a magazine

+ his questionable play on the field with severe limitations, how he portrays himself in talking, what he wears, pictures posted, etc

:omg::wtf2::L

I agree and I didnt intend to imply that. At the same time, there isnt eve an accusation being made against him.

Yeah, it's just a tough situation. It is historically a drastically underreported crime that has often received a tepid attention from law enforcement, which I don't like. That said, false accusations can really ruin a guy's life.

What bugs me is they keep the women name out of the papers and police reports, but they have no problem releasing the guy name. Ruining the guy image if nothing happen. It a doube standard I hate. If the women has a right to privacy. Shouldn't so saw called accused be afford the same right?

A little more light shed:

49ers Blog and Q&A: Report: Fire department called to take woman in Kaepernick case to hospital

Looks like one of the guys called 911 and fire personnel responded and took her to the hospital. Barrows says it was "the QB's hotel suite," but it was the same hotel Lockette's place was. Not sure if that was a mistake on Barrows' part of if Kap is also living there.

Doesn't say they called from reading it. Just says someone called them. It could have been the cleaning lady for all we know.

1m A bit more in the Kaepernick/Patton/Lockette incident: Miami Fire Rescue says it was summoned to Viceroy Hotel by the Miami PD.

47s The Miami Police Department has not acknowledged that they were at the Viceroy before the woman in question was taken to the hospital.

P.S. This is starting to look bad. We might have to draft a QB if he gets charged.

I will be leading the Derek Carr chant! (If QB was the direction they went)

Don't know if Carr will be there in the 2nd or 3nd round, but were going to need some one if Kap ends up getting charged. Can't go in the season with Gabbert.
