Basically you just copy the url of any pic by

In rare occasions you have to format pics first using TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

1) find pic you want to use (for example Google Calvin Johnson and click on the 2nd pic that pops up. Then click "view original image".

2) copy the url at the top of your screen

3) find the insert image option above. Click it. Paste url.
