That strategy worked well in the mark teixera trade, but the deadline last year and this year ( so far) have been disappointing especially for a team who could very well lose 100 games and lose a lot of these same guys to free agency next year. You had to get something.

It’s not over yet tho. I’m just surprised more movement hasn’t happened for the rangers.

Odor has definitely turned a corner. I’m not worried about him anymore.

I think Profar playing like a sliver of what we expected ( some experts were saying another mike trout) and The emergence of IKF motivated and pushed him to straighten his ass out.

I wish we could figure out a way to have ikf, Profar, Elvis, and Beltre in the lineup everyday.
