Is Biggs in the title due to his DUI back in Dec?

They also went on to speculate he had assaulted an officer and then someone responded that whatever happened wasn't a big deal at all and he would get is a DTP charge at worst.

First time offenders get pre-trial diversion anyway. I would know.

And to RA apparently Rose was with Biggs.

I don't think Omaha has a pre-trial diversion, but Bellevue does and Biggs' DUI was in Bellevue.. I think Biggs was also charged with leaving the scene, so that could hurt him..
