Jon Baldwin Puts in Extra Work

Nice little read considering the guy had questions about his commitment.

Might be a little crazy to say but I believe Baldwin is a pivotal piece to the Super Bowl puzzle.

If he can somewhat live up to his 1st round status than a combination of him, VD, Boldin, and Crabtree make for a rather good corp of guys that would make our offense deadly in the playoffs.

lol... just to be a dick about it.....

with both Roman and Harbs recognizing that Baldwin should/will get substantial looks just means he's a decoy and won't be used in the attack...

lol

When i read the other day he will get opportunities i thought to myself guess that means no passes his way for some reason. I would love to see a really good game from him tho.

Jon Baldwin - WR - 49ers

49ers OC Greg Roman said he was "very encouraged" by Jon Baldwin's performance in Week 4 against the Rams.

Coach Jim Harbaugh has publicly promised "more action" for Baldwin going forward. "I think the opportunities that he was given last week, shoot, I was very encouraged by it," Roman added. "I love to see guys play physical and make plays when opportunities come their way. I’m sure he’ll be getting plenty of opportunities this week and he’s got to take advantage of them."

Jon Baldwin - WR - 49ers

Jon Baldwin failed to reel in either of his two targets in Week 5 against the Texans.

Baldwin started opposite Anquan Boldin and was the target on two of Colin Kaepernick's 15 attempts. He drew a defensive pass interference on one of those. The 49ers wanted to get Baldwin more involved this week, but there was no reason to even throw the football in the blowout win. Keep watching Baldwin next week.

Yes not Baldwins fault but overall he didn't get open. I think he is 100% better then AJ but we still need another WR. KW and Moore are giving us nothing.
