I didn't want to franchise him at the time because he misses a lot of games, which could still happen. I'm just pointing out that he does, in fact, have 2 picks so far.

He would be the best player on our team. And anyone that thought Hall was/is better than him is delusional.

Hall is more durable, and more surehanded. Joseph is a better cover-guy, but has injury issues. Hall isn't the problem. The D is mostly fine, but the offense is a train wreck.

If Hall had covered Davis at all on that throw across the field in the 4th or had tackled him instead of having his ankles broken by him things may have turned out different. No Hall isn't the problem, neither is the D outside of our crappy Safeties, Joseph is easily the better CB.

Hall should never have to cover a TE, especially Vernon Davis one-on-one. There's not a corner in the league who can match up with him like that.

Always has been, and probably always will be.

Joseph was also the guy that got abused by Cotchery in the playoff game against the Jets, and then when Hall switched to Cotchery temporarily, it was Joseph who was abused by Edwards.

Meh, they're fairly even, with weaknesses and strengths. Both are better than Nate Clements at this point.
