Jerry was college roommates with Jimmy.

It wasn't a real brilliant hire, to hire the best coach in college football.

Jimmy had just won the national championship in college football.

With the COWBOYS, Jimmy hired many of the coaches who were with him at the U.
Jimmy made the Herschel Walker and Charles Haley trades.
