Was one of the key WRs in Kelly's offense while at Oregon. Extremely reliable hands, and very fast. He was recruited and played a year on the defensive side of the ball at Oregon, until Chip converted him to a WR. He quickly became a favorite target by the QBs and by his SR year was an amazing leader on the field. Was a huge part of the success to Oregons NCG run. Even had a big TD in the title game.

IMO, this is a HUGE and nice pickup for the Eagles. THought Philly needed to do something at the WR position and thought getting Maehl from the Texans would have been a smart move, it was great hearing the actually went with that idea and today traded for him. He knows Kelly's offense, has reliable hands and I am sure will contribute this season.
