Not good. But would he have even made the team this year? I'm under the assumption that if Prosise remained healthy that McKissic would be redundant

I think this move gives a stay to Mike Davis more so than McKissic. McKissic has ability as a receiver and value as a returner that you don't get with Davis, so I think McKissic wouldn't have been released to make room for someone who can do less. (just my opinion)

The RB depth is suddenly thin now for the first month of the season with this injury plus Penny's. I know Penny is supposed to be back in time for the regular season, but at 100%? He will have only played part of 1 pre-season game when we kick off in Denver. If anything else happens to this position group, we may be forced to bring someone else in. Better scour the China food restaurants!

Yeah looked like they wanted JD to be the Returner this year because he was getting a LOT of time there. I undersand that move also because Lockett is going to need to be a full time #2 now unless Brown takes a leap forward. I like that we have Brown here and always thought he was special when he was a Card. I thought of him like Ricardo Lockette of the seahawks. Under valued under used.
