Andy Janovich aiming to revive the fullback position 


An obvious crowd favorite coming to us this season.

Everything that I've read or heard about this guy gets me pretty excited for the re-introduction of the fullback into the Broncos game plan. Things like heart, passion, strength, determination and an all around great football player are some of the buzz words around Janovich. Certainly give Kubes some extra wrinkles and will make goal line plays fun!

Have to say this draft class might be my favorite since the 2011 group. I remember that year one thing they kept talking about was how pretty much every player we drafted was also a team captain and we seem to have gone back to that this year. With Manning leaving this off season and Ware most likely gone next year definitely going to be a need to fill the leadership void. So just seeing how boisterous, confident, and so on these guys are just seems like they are itching to get going. Hopefully they remember the work needed to live up to all the talking.

What I like so much is that Kubiak is definitely not one to jump aboard and follow a trend - there aren't too many teams right now putting any sort of emphasis on the fullback spot . . .

Positions don't die in the NFL, they simply go out of style for a period of time until a savvy HC brings it all back ...

( .. well, most positions don't die, but the NFL is doing everything they can to kill the kick returner )


Mark Sanchez and the Jets had some good success with Tony Richardson and John Connor at FB ...so Sanchez has that going for him too ..
