Classy kid. He could have bailed last year but didn’t. Kid fought for his spot despite all the noise. While it wasn’t a storybook ending, it was awesome for him to show up in the SEC Title game. Good luck to him.

I can't remember ever seeing a backup QB get a standing ovation every time they entered a game like he did this season. There was no doubt that he was appreciated.
