Yes it is. There are no passing yards without that DOMINANT running game we are currently witnessing.

Either you've never watched football or you don't understand how this works. They are winning because of the run, and it's clear to everybody here but you apparently.

People desperately holding onto cliches amuse me. Yes the running game can set up the pass for Bortles. The data is the data on the whole; the difference in passing efficiency is a much stronger predictor than running efficiency.

This is not the first time we've seen Bortles do well against poor defensive talent. We even have a thread from a Bortles homer asking if he's not a bust or is turning it around which thoroughly misunderstands how the Jags are getting production from Bortles.
