Chargers making this look easy.
Yeah I should've prefaced by saying he's doing well on the macro-level.It's commendable that they are competing as well as they are. But I still think the only W that I was impressed with was against the Chargers. Cincy being Cincy wasn't anything to write home about.
Those fumbles aren't on him, but it doesn't excuse the piss-poor coaching in those games. Horrid gameclock management, not pulling the plug on the spoonfeeding O in SF, not calling timeout before the half in SF costing them a TD opportunity, deferring the OT toss in BAL, etc etc. I can find plenty of issues derived from coaching in those games where they could have won the game.
I know I'm nitpicking, but Tomlin still pisses me off way too much in every game I've watched this year.
Condolences.Yes you can but some of us have been in a bad place since early September![]()
Alright I see what you mean. Still debatable that his in-game skills have cost them games. Its easier to point at fumbles in the waning moments of the game... Yes I say that knowing if those fumbles didn't happen they likely win the game, but there's a multitude of compounding factors that put them in the situation they were in to fumble those games away. Some factors directly resulted in points left off the board which could be pointed at to a cause of either a momentum shift, gameplan changes, or simply losing by X amount.Yeah I should've prefaced by saying he's doing well on the macro-level.
In-game he's still the same old Tomlin and they're fortunate that hasn't cost them a game yet.
Chris Jones and Nnadi looked good today.defense played like a defense....
