I have friends in that state. I have never been. we met up in Nashville and they were OBSESSED with buying Frozen Pizzas for dinner every night when we were there. I couldnt understand why. I get it a little more now

In case any of the BC folks here are also really into frozen pizzas Meridian Farm Market, at least the one in Maple Ridge, sells frozen pizzas from Nightingale that are apparently such a hit that they give you a pizza club card where if you buy 6 the 7th is free.

I have had a couple from Nightingale. Pretty decent.
The frozen pizza business basically carried Nightingale and Hawksworth through covid.

Didn’t get any yesterday (the woman in front of me bought 5 and was told that if she bought 6 the 7th is free lol) but had it in restaurant and it’s pretty good.

I like their Buffalo cauliflower too.

the chicken appetizer is what I look forward to (with the pickles and syrup).

If you have an Aldi nearby - not only are their take and bake pizzas awesome, but they started selling pre-made pizza dough. You can find the dough next to the take and bakes. For 1.40 or so, you can get a fresh hunk of dough that easily rolls out to a 16" in pie. Light and with great flavor.
