Aaron Rodgers is the most important person on any team in the NFL. The Packers, as a whole, are a shell of themselves when he's not healthy. He has the most impact on his team out of any other player in the league. It's a team sport, but Aaron Rodgers can change the landscape of the Packers just by being healthy or injured. No other team has a player that they can say that about. It was proven last night.

when he has been injured, they are not a good team. if the nfl had something like WAR in baseball, Rodgers would be worth 5-6 wins a year by himself. It's ridiculous.

He takes them from a 6-10 team to an 11-5 team by himself.

Or he takes them from 20 points down to winning by 1 point in one half.

Hence why he's a shoe-in for MVP discussion every year.

Which also proves that GB fans should be livid that their ownership has lerxthen down for so long by not surrounding him with more talent. This would be like the Bulls winning one nba title with Jordan

Good news is the Bears get to draft Khalil Mack in the 1st round next year (and then again next year after that too).

So there's that.

So true

The reaction in GB last night was all you need to know, that stadium stopped caring about last nights game and just envisioned another lost season with no hope

I'm amazed that not only did he have to leave the game because of a yeast infection, but that the trainers were able to cure it quickly enough to get him back in the game.

Yes, because all the "well it's a team sport, one player doesn't make a team" comments piss me off. Yes, it's a team sport, but you take Rodgers away from the Packers and you have a shitty team that can barely muster up a winning season.

And with Rodgers they need a lucky play from an old wide receiver?

Not seeing your point. The time for this thread was 10 months ago.

You must not have watched the game last night. Two different Packers teams showed up. One without Rodgers, and one with Rodgers. The team without Rodgers was down 20 points. The team with Rodgers came back from 20 down to win the game.

Well, technically Rodgers was dogshit, before getting hurt. Then untouched after.

Fuck the Bears coaches. Both coached not to lose instead of to win.

We know it's a bad football team with an awful coach held together barely by Aaron Rodgers.

So magically the Bears coaching got worse in the 2nd half? It had nothing to do with Rodgers coming back and motivating the rest of the team?

Yes. They played conservative on both sides of the ball, after playing very aggressive in the first half. Like I already stated, they coached not to lose instead of, to win.

Well, there are still some people on here that don't have that common sense.

That's what happen in football @Terry Rode, good teams make good adjustments at halftime, and bad teams don't.
