2)replace coaching staff
3a) fix the D ( i do think we only need a new DC)
3b) kap gets cut.

u csn switch 3a and 3b if u want.

1) Force out York.

If these things happen, then all the other problems with the team will get fixed. Ultimate accountability lies with York. He said so last year. If he were a man of his word, he would resign from his position.

Oline is 1st that common football knowledge. u dont want a rookie QB or any other QB playing behind that line. Oline needs to be fixed first. it might be easy if AD comes back and kilgore shows to be a good starter. resign boone and then u draft a guard or tiller becomes a good starter.

then we need new coaching to play better scheme. let the new coaches pick their QB.

this is common sense. i know alot of people hate kap but stick to the right plan. we let go of kap 1st we will suck for the next 4-6 years and new Qb will be shot by then.

I'm a Kaep supporter but I wouldn't go as far as man crush. Personally, I'd like to see him cut because he will never succeed as a Niner the way things are going. And I don't see it changing for a long time. Plus it will save the Niners a few bucks. I think he'll do all right on a better team.

Draft a qb first, cook or goff can sit a year while we look into the right side of the o-line because if AD comes back and performs at a high level then we have two tackles that are pretty good. Secondly you can find quality o-linemen in later rounds or free agency but your qb can make you o-line look better with quick passes and being able to manuver in the pocket. Cook or Goff will be an upgrade to kaepernick and no way we pay kaep 14 mil next year for him to play like he is playing. I would not be opposed to bringing in a journeymen qb while a new coaching staff installs their system.

finally something i can accept from u. 1 problem i want a new staff to pick their QB not tomsula and 2nd i hope we are taking cook or geoff between 15-30. None of these QBs are franchise QBs. yes our line can be fixed easliy if AD and Kilgore comes back. then yes im ok at taking a QB but hope its with a new staff. if we pick in the top 10 i would like MLB J. Smith. he woyld add speed to the MLB position and one of the best cover LBs in college. he can also rush the QB.

We're a rare breed here. LOL. My mindset is to support whomever is out there playing. It's the job of the coach, the GM and/or Jed to make personnel changes. If we go with Gabbert, I'll hope for his success.

If we put Gabbert in, with this offensive line and this offensive coordinator, I don't think our offense would be as bad as it is now. I think a quarterback switch would make us better than the worst offense since 2012.

That doesn't seem like a stretch to me. At all. The quarterback is the most important part of any offense, and Kaep just isn't cutting it.
