I don't think so. I think Gabbert gets rid of the ball. Kaepernick is going to make sure he never gets torched in the media again like he did after the AZ game even if it means he gets sacked on every play. He will not take a chance on any timing precision type passes and thus he can never be successful in the NFL.

you posted a few articles about our O-line, and yes we all agree they aren't helping. But there must be 100 articles saying Kaep isn't good. there must be 50 football people around the country who say Kaep isn't good. Go back to last season and there were already articles and questions about Kaep.

Opponents don't sweat him, ask the Cardinals.

But we don't even need to read articles, or hear it former coaches, etc. to tell us this. all we have to do is watch 49er games ourselves, it is that obvious. We can all see it ourselves and this has gone on for more than six games, way more than six games.
i agree he isnt great i never said he was great. im saying oline needs to be fixed 1st. doesnt matter who the QB is and for sure u dont want a tookie QB behind this oline.

There are certain individuals in this world that words just simple do not reach. You are one of those individuals, despite any well crafted arguments i or anyone else have presented you have simple not seen the light. So hopefully pictures can help you understand just how ridiculous you sound.
u are for sure one of them. u made that clear.

again i said it 20x im ok with replacing kap but we need to rebuild the oline 1st. i dont want no rookie QB playing behind the worst oline in the league. also replacing the coaching staff would be a plus before u replace kap because let the new staff bring his new QB in

1)rebuild Oline
2)replace coaching staff
3a) fix the D ( i do think we only need a new DC)
3b) kap gets cut.

u csn switch 3a and 3b if u want.

i never said its good that he makes that much but 2nd contracts for starting QB run about that price or more. the good thing we can cut him other teams are stuck with their QB

1) Replace QB, or at least take a serious look at it. EVERYONE knows it starts at QB, granted it isn't easy. But starting on it now might be better than going with this inconsistency ANOTHER season.

2) Draft an LT if available, again easier said than done. "rebuild the O-line" is way too broad, cause that's five players. If Anthony Davis comes in for OTA, TC, and Pre-Season, great! But wouldn't depend on him if a pick is worth it.

3) If no QB or LT worth it, look at OLB, one who can rush and play 3 downs. Again, "fix the D" is way too broad. Anyway, added pressure is the largest factor to "fix the D".

4) Not calling for changes to the coaching staff just yet.

Oline is 1st that common football knowledge. u dont want a rookie QB or any other QB playing behind that line. Oline needs to be fixed first. it might be easy if AD comes back and kilgore shows to be a good starter. resign boone and then u draft a guard or tiller becomes a good starter.

then we need new coaching to play better scheme. let the new coaches pick their QB.

this is common sense. i know alot of people hate kap but stick to the right plan. we let go of kap 1st we will suck for the next 4-6 years and new Qb will be shot by then.

Draft a qb first, cook or goff can sit a year while we look into the right side of the o-line because if AD comes back and performs at a high level then we have two tackles that are pretty good. Secondly you can find quality o-linemen in later rounds or free agency but your qb can make you o-line look better with quick passes and being able to manuver in the pocket. Cook or Goff will be an upgrade to kaepernick and no way we pay kaep 14 mil next year for him to play like he is playing. I would not be opposed to bringing in a journeymen qb while a new coaching staff installs their system.

Well the funny thing is that i don't trust you, your judgement, or football knowledge and i bet you just love the idea of kaep in niner colors for another year.

O-line is first before QB? Holy smokes!

In any case, what does fix the O-line mean, your talking about five players? draft one, two, three, four, or five linemen? other plan? What exactly?

My guess is you don't know what this means yourself.

Yes, take a serious look at these guys, or a journeyman to bridge the gap. But Kaep's inconsistency is too way too frustrating. He ranges from from good to God awful.

Or use Gabbert to bridge the gap, at least he can get the ball out faster. Since we don't run Kaep anyway, his running skills are moot.
