I am not calling the promotion dysfunction. I think this is what most expected. I likened the promotion of Williams as symbolic. He will have things to do but I believe personnel will be a collaborative effort with Schaeffer, Campbell, Williams, Gruden and Allen. Bruce will break all ties.

As long as we do not have any Fat Albert or Adam Ant signings or no 4 potential starters for a QB who did not have the skills to play in the NFL I am good.
