You can't win without a top flight QB in the NFL. That's what made Gibbs so great.

But there are a ton of NFL head coaches who are in the Hall of Fame bow because they were matched with a Hall of Fame QB. That's just the way things work. BS to discredit Shanahan for that. When Elway didn't win a Superbowl until paired with Shanahan.
