122 pts in 154 playoff games

Never saw him kneeling for a national anthem, either...

Yeah, Andreychuk should be in (although I can't say I'm a big fan of that classic pic of him hoisting the Cup back in 2004 as captain of the Bolts).
I don't blame you.

Different note...That "Names on the Cup" documentary I have to say the best part was Lanny McDonald.

By the time he's done -iginla will have similar numbers to Andreychuk-and they say he's a sure fire hall of famer.

Plus, DA has a Cup and Iggy does not and likely will not.

/Neither of them made the top 100 in NHL history, though (along with Joe Thornton, who is also a shoo-in in my opinion for the Hall).

It was a different time though. That's the reason that over his career Iginla at least managed to pop up a handful of times on season leaderboards while Andreychuk pretty much never did. And while they're not perfect, a lot more award votes for Iginla reveal this difference as well.

Is that when they open up the "hall of above average" wing at the hall of fame?

Yep and he'll be standing there with my 3rd favorite canuck...

no for Nash.

Neely shouldn't be in either.
and Bernie Federko, for that matter.

IMO, it's based (wrongly if you ask me) on one season. As great as scoring 50 goals in 49 games is, you need some longevity and durability to get into the Hall.

Plus the "good Canadian boy, played the game the right way, I haven't changed my perception of hockey since 1962" members of the hockey inner circle carry a lot of clout.
