DeLonte West...
Millsap to Hall of Fame? No.
Real good player, seems like a good guy. But not a Hall of Famer.
He's what Dan Patrick calls a "Hall of Good" player. Real good player, nice career, but doesn't have a Hall of Fame level resume'.
This might be your worst thread ever.
And that is saying something.
And LOL at your signature. You really are obsessed.
The thing is, I never even insinuated that he should be in the HOF.
But, put him in a Golden State jersey and I bet you'd be repeatedly calling him for first ballot.
He will join Issac Austin in the Darkhorse wing.As a four-time all-star, he should at least be considered a darkhorse candidate if nothing else...
This is a guy that has conducted himself with class his entire career. He's not a social media fixture or enthusiast, he doesn't blatantly chase rings, and he's never made any "trade me or I'll sign here" ultimatums. He's never publicly announced "I'm taking my talents to Denver". There's something to be said for playing the game and conducting yourself the right way while spending your playing career during the heart of the "look at me" generation. If Mitch Richmond is in the hall for not having won shit before becoming the Lakers' 12th man in his final season, then Millsap should at least be given thoughtful consideration.
Millsap's next challenge will be the end Denver's playoff drought that's set to reach six years, and to be the veteran leader on this young deal looking to reach the next level.

Is Hurricane smoking that shit again?

There was a thread not too long ago asking which Warriors should get in the Hall. The general consensus was that the only 2 players that are locks to get in right now would be KD and Steph.
Neither Klay or Draymond would get in right now and both of them have better arguments than Milsap and they aren't at the twilight of their careers.
I think Klay has the easiest path to the Hall because Draymond will have to be remembered off his actual performances rather than his numbers(career numbers are surprisingly low).
Here's a comparison for Klay:
Player A: 18.2 ppg, 3.0 apg, 3.0 rpg, 47.1 FG%, 39.5 3PT%, 5x Allstar, 3x All NBA
Player B: 19.2 ppg, 2.3 apg, 3.4 rpg, 45.8 FG%, 42.2 3PT% 4x Allstar, 2x All NBA
Player B is Klay, Player A is Reggie Miller. And Klay is just reaching his prime.
I think both of them have a decent chance of getting and I agree that Klay has the easier path. For Klay I think it will depend on where he goes next year. If he can get on a contender and win a title win another team while being a critical component I think he gets in.
