Defense was legit

But you have to admit that's one of the worst QB's we will ever see

So by default, the offense doesn't stand a chance

Look at those games they beat KC, Detroit who was in the playoffs, lost to GB on the road by 8 , beat the Colts twice and split with Tenn. I know a team in the NFC that lost to both of those teams. The games have to be played and then the real result comes on , not hypotheticals. Yes OZ is not a good QC.

Wins are a team accomplishment, Ive repeated a million times that Tom Brady can play sub-par like last week, and the Pats can still win by 20, while someone like Aaron Rodgers can play perfectly, put up 40 points and lose to Atlanta by 10 points this weekend, I don't think that would shock anyone.......

It would be like me sitting here saying Eli Manning has won 2 Super Bowls, so he is better than every QB in history that hasn't won 2 Super Bowls, and I would never believe that

But to answer your question, because of the different eras, different type of competition, the GOAT will always be a matter of opinion....But that's how it is in every sport...In baseball, there is no clear cut best pitcher, in the NBA, Jordan may be the closest, but there are large segments now that have Lebron

The era thing is always going to be tough to quantify
At least the vast majority here agree neither of the Manning's get lost in this debate.

Brady is better than Montana, you are simply having trouble coming to terms with it.

....'says' the guy who thinks Johnny Unitas' stats weren't all that great.

AFCCG would not look good

Only because most would agree he beat a pretty shitty team to get there
Have you started building excuses for why the Pats beat Pittsburgh (if that happens this weekend)? Better get started you don't want to get caught flat footed.

Tuck Rule
Pete Carroll

Not my problem Eli is so athletic
Still in denial? Tuck rule was not a turn over I know that sucks for your position. But it is what it is. Next excuse.

Easy way to tell. Do you have a dog that looks like this?

I'm not denying that I'm a bit of a hillbilly. I'm very much a product of Appalachia. I was questioning Peyton Manning's status as a hillbilly when he comes from an area where half the place is below sea level.

Great player....but not even the best of his era. Johnny Unitas was the standard.
Starr led his team to 5 NFL Championships. How many did Unitas have?

I got it but your point made it sound as if he never left the bayou

Well considering he played in Indianapolis and Denver, that would be a dumb assumption. But you're born a hillbilly, you can't just become one.

Maybe swamp people would have been the wrong term

Should I have said swamp person?. When I hear him or his brother speak, they sound like hillbillies to me, just like I stick out like a Yankee to Southerners

See like I said earlier I have no issue with someone saying Montana, Unitas, Graham or Starr as Goat when I have Brady just recently, all viable candidates. Some people are just too pigheaded or homeristic

Pretty much every part of the south has a different dialect.

New Orleans really isn't the bayou, but close enough.

Maybe it's just me (obviously it's not Brady), but I'd rather bang this:

285315273d01cbcfaf5fe549977279f62f420fe.jpg

I prefer Bridget too, but I would bang either one.

Tom is GOAT, so he banged both and took the better bang.

Who knows, maybe this one said "No! Don't put there!" and the other one didn't.
