I had not heard this yet... but it is probably the safe thing to do for him and family....

Like I said in another post somewhere in SportsHoopla, Rich Rod was one of the highest regarded coaches in the land a few years ago, and he could not turn things around.... tough gig at Michigan, not so unlike here at Nebraska.

Who is on the short list per rumors in the land... for Michigan Now....?

Heck; he should be a shoe in.... He is a Mich guy and last I knew... he always made it clear he would like to coach at Michigan...

Not sure he has what it will take to get Mich back, but then again, who knows for sure about anyone.
