A team that can't even win they're own division doesn't need or is worthy to play in a NCG, Everybody knows the rules. If you want to play in the NCG, you have to win all your games...... Period but Bama had ESPIN in their hip pocket. Hence worst rated NCG EVER... The fans have spoken!

Not here to debate that year endlessly, but I will add in this one though. No rule exists in the BCS guidelines that says a team must win if conference or division to play in a title game. It says that the two top team in the BCS poll will play for the title and then goes on to talk about qualifiers for other opponents in BCS games and non -AQ conference qualifiers. Show me the rule or this argument lays dormant and dead...period.

Agreed, however how do we know the (2)two best teams played in that game? ( because SEC fans think so) 99% fans disagree. The polls were totally supported by ESPIN by allowing Saban a half hour on prime time to plead his case, yet ESPIN didn't afford the same opportunity to the other 1 loss coaches

Like i said, i wont debate you endlessly, its over, its done with and my statement rang true. Thats all i stated. The rest is revisionist history and not worth trying to debate. We got the nod, we played the game, LSU got it broke off in them, and we got the title. END OF STORY.
