Mike Riley is an idiot with clock management.

He showed it in 2015 with dumb stuff at illinois and Purdue, then continued, and finally in 2017 he calls timeouts when Nebraska is being blown out, than doesn't call time outs now.

One thing that the opposition knows about Riley, he does not coach to win.

BTW, Mike Riley is 0-3 vs Paul Chryst of Wisconsin, and 0-2 vs Kirk Ferentz. He wants to make it a perfect 0-6 against those two.
