Bradford does his job well? I would have to strongly disagree. You can't just throw some shit (stats) against the wall and say he has done his job. His job is to be the leader on offense. To lead by example. If their is one position on this Rams team that lacks toughness, it's at QB. That's not a good example of a leader. But just because he put up some stats against prevent defenses... Whether it was his fault or not, it's not impressive.

The NFC west defenses are not going to change. But we all know he better grow a set and start playing some fucking football. Not playing scared. It is what it is.

All he has to do is be a game manager next year and let the running game and defense do it's thing. Like I said Clemens did it while beating the saints, bears, and Indy. Sam will need to make some plays. We'll see if he can do it. I haven't really seen it yet, so I'm not going to get excited.

$70 million game manager. Lol

:agree: :10: :yahoo:

Some people though have their lives revolve around stats so much that what they see on the field, ice, or court does not matter.

Yeah we can argue about Bradford for another year, but I'm more into discussing offseason plans or scenarios. Bradford will have another chance to do something and hopefully the a Rams draft a QB to push Sam.

I hear Scott Wells may be released which tells me the kid from Bama is ready. And he was a beast in the SEC for years winning a few championships. Rams would save $5.5 million?

That works for me.

ya thats great news. saves the rams like 3.5 mil because some of it they're on the hook for. The real money saver will be when they cut Finnegan.

Agree with you on the arguing thing. Better things to talk about atm

Accuse ME of trolling!!! Say it isn't so.
Citing Leaf? :noidea:

This dude ain't even wearing a bikini speedo with his stats. He is practically skinning dipping with 'em and nothing's left to the imagination!

Leaf, in 25 games as an NFL QB starter, had career stats of 14 TDS, 36 INTs, 3,666 YDS, 24 Fumbles (12 lost) and a 50.0 QBR

Without smiles is full on troll mode retro!

But hell, it's okay with me, I never tell!

Actually Vita, Mr speedo wannabe is getting it up the ass in prison. He's serving a 7 year term in a Montana jail for writing bad checks and mail fraud among other things. Yea, I guess that post could be classified as trolling. My apologies there Vita. Yikes!!

I guess it doesn't matter what Sam can or can't do, the Rams are not interested in finding a potential replacement for him. In other words we're stuck with him.

I think we draft a QB in the 3rd. You never know. Bradford could be Blidsoe (or however you spell his damn name) and we could draft a brady. You never know

It's both so sad and pathetic.

Such a waste.

Vita I think it's year 4 bro.

And those stats are all fine and good, but my question is: how many of those game were blowouts and the D was in prevent?

No doubt he's pretty good on his right side and under 10 yards. But shouldn't any starting RH QB in the NFL be solid in those categories? And if the Defense was in prevent for some of those blowouts, wouldn't that make those dinks/dunks even easier?

I remember many of those early games being down big early in the game.

Going forward, our division is crazy physical and the pocket is going to collapse. Sam isn't going to have a lot of time. Unless he changes - makes quicker decisions and gets tougher, he's going have problems and defenses are going to eat his ass for lunch. Where Sooner4life? Lol. He will tell ya.

Stats just can't tell the entire story.. I know the season is over and we all are looking for positives, but we have to keep it real. That defensive pressure is going to rattle Sam. It always has.

Maybe he flips the switch? But I highly doubt it.

Hardy Har har.... lol
