Yeah, I ain't watching that.

This show works because its like your Basketball Uncles chilling with you watching the game. It's great, but I'm not going out of my way to watch another sports talk show

I haven’t watched in ESPN at all in literally years. I have been ”unplugged” for about a year, now, and before that, I think I may have only watched a few NFL games on ESPN. It has been a trash network for a LONG time now.

I only watch when they have a game I'm interested in. No pregame crap, no wrap up shows, no highlight shows, no "journalistic content" lol.

Yup.

And 20 years ago, ESPN was my default station I would have on the tv for ambient noise.

They totally fucked up that product. Or, tbf, the media landscaped just changed since and they had to move with the tides.

I don’t know about you people, I mean where else are you going to find such riveting stuff as knife and axe throwing, not to mention wiffle ball and dodgeball.

If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball!

What, you don't watch the spelling bees and cornhole?
Was gonna mention the ACL, you nailed it. Lol, also fishing competitions.

I wonder how much fishing commentators get paid, I’d take that gig.

Isn't that how it started, literally farmers throwing corn cobs into holes?
I was actually researching the origins of it, I guess it’s unknown. Some Germans claim a dude invented it in the 14th century.

Others claim it was invented by Native Americans in the Midwest.

I always assumed it was invented somewhere in Midwest America just because of well you know…corn everywhere.

It is just a version of Bocce, so I am sure it is very old. But actually having the boards might be new. Depends on what is considered specifically “cornhole”.
