i think Wiscy spanks us today, so the whole discussion is moot.

if he somehow pulls it out and finds an NCAA win, then i do think i'd bring him back. I'd hope he realizes the mistakes he's made, especially in this season and correct them next year. If nothing else, i think maybe he'll realize it and end up somewhere else and probably get a tournament win before Nebraska does.

Sorry 52 but I get so fucking tired of hearing how long it took Tom Osborne. Nebraska was a premiere program the entire time Osborne coached.
You can't even start to compare our basketball program to the football program now let alone then.

1) The #12 seed Rutgers win was meh.

2) #5 seed #21 (ranked) Maryland is already in the NCAA tourney. Often times those teams take a rest in their conference tourney's. They don't need wins. They'd rather have fresh legs for the big dance than make it to the conference championship game and have tired legs for the big dance. Did Nebrasketball really get Maryland's best game?

Eh, Maryland is a young team and we overwhelmed the fuck out of them on Defense.

One team just played way harder and JPJ and Watson are finally making buckets.

I don’t think they were able to give us their best game because we played that good. There were a lot of incredible individual efforts in that game.

Anyways, it’s gonna be nearly impossible for these guys to continue playing at this level of intensity today. JPJ and Watson have both played 80 straight minutes without a break. That is INSANE!!!

Pretty much what I said. Maryland players didn't give it their all. Nebraska won out of pure desperation out of the players. Trying to save some face is all.
It's not coaching. You don't start coaching in the middle of March. Where was that effort in Jan/Feb? sMiles couldn't motivate them?
